Owner and operator, Tim Blain, started working at the family dry cleaners at the age of 14 before branching out and starting his own business in 2004. He is dedicated to providing customers with unmatched service and considers his involvement in the community a top priority. Not only does Tim provide Seneca Valley with the annual cleaning of their band uniforms, but he is also a past President of the Cranberry Sunrise Rotary and still serves on multiple committees while sitting on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania and Delaware Cleaning Association.
As a hands-on owner, Tim is often seen assisting customers behind the counter or carefully stitching a button. His attention to detail and dedication ensure that only the highest quality care is provided to every customer and their garments.

1. Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes — and it's completely free. We provide twice-a-week pickup and delivery with no minimum order size, covering large parts of Butler and Allegheny Counties across the Greater North Pittsburgh Area. You don't even need to be home — leave your items in an accessible spot and we'll notify you at pickup and drop-off. Create an account online to get started.
2. What services do you offer?
We're a full-service cleaner: dry cleaning and eco-friendly wet cleaning, shirt laundry, fluff & fold laundry, wedding gown cleaning and preservation, leather, fur and suede care, shoe repair and UGG™ cleaning, purse cleaning, household items like comforters and drapes, and in-house tailoring and alterations.
3. Can you do same-day alterations?
For simple jobs, yes. Our in-house master seamstress offers same-day service for basic hemming, button repairs, and minor alterations. Larger jobs like resizing are handled with the same precision on a standard timeline — ask us when you drop off.
4. How does wedding gown preservation work?
After a gentle, meticulous cleaning, your gown is carefully packaged in acid-free material to prevent yellowing, fabric deterioration, and other signs of aging — keeping it a pristine keepsake for generations.
5. Can you clean leather, suede, or fur?
Yes. Leather, fur, and suede require specialized solutions and techniques, and our specialists handle cleaning and repairs for garments and accessories — including purses, shoes, and UGG™ boots.
